The Maine Department of Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands Web site has information about Lily Bay State Park. You can see the entire campsite and even make reservations online. Borestone Mountain is a Maine Audubon Society property. There's a youth summer camp there; a Maine Audubon gatekeeper collects a small fee between Memorial Day and mid-October.
